Digital Activation for Efficiency and Technological Progress

1. 1. O.1: Modernize the digital infrastructure by acquiring IT equipment and software licenses, and implement IoT at the Saschiz office and on drones.
   2. O.2: Improve relationship management with beneficiaries and donors through a CRM system and expand social media presence.
   3. O.3: Optimize the website, develop an e-commerce platform, and integrate an online payment system, with a focus on accessibility for people with disabilities.
   4. O.4: Implement ERP solutions for integration and information sharing.
   5. O.5: Use AI and cloud computing for online interaction, digital archiving, and quick access to resources.
   6. O.6: Enhance digital skills by training 10 employees and 5 volunteers and facilitating remote work.

• Operational efficiency: more than half of employees will use internet-connected computers with personalized access to provide remote services.
• Integrated processes: ERP will ensure information sharing across fundraising, economic, and volunteer departments.
• Increased online revenue: donations, sponsorships, and online fundraising campaigns will exceed 1% of the organization’s total income.
• Online shop for local products: an e-commerce section on the website will generate income for ADEPT and the community, particularly supporting women from vulnerable groups.
• IoT technology for optimization: applied at the Saschiz office and on drones to monitor resources and operations.
• Improved relationship management: through a CRM system dedicated to beneficiaries and donors.
• Accessibility and flexibility: through cloud computing services and digital archiving, ensuring secure storage and quick access to resources.
• AI integration: to create a more interactive website and use drones and 360° cameras for species and landscape identification.
• Extended online presence: through active participation on at least two new social media platforms.
• Cutting-edge IT equipment: laptops, desktops, servers, conferencing systems, drones, and 360° cameras, along with specialized NGO software (Office, Bitdefender, VPN), to support full digitalization.
